By booking or participating in a Milk & Meadow session, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

Session fees are required to secure your date. All payments are non refundable unless otherwise stated.

Rescheduling

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of Milk & Meadow.

Limited Availability

Milk & Meadow sessions are limited release experiences. Booking does not guarantee future availability.

Safety

A professional animal handler is present at all times. Families agree to follow all on site instructions for the safety of participants and animals.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the stated timeframe. Additional images and print products may be purchased separately.

Liability

Milk & Meadow is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow on site instructions. Participation in outdoor sessions carries inherent risk.

Copyright

All images remain the copyright of Milk & Meadow. Clients receive a personal print release and may not alter or resell images.

Changes

Milk & Meadow reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
